A lot of drug dealing in the parking lot, and drug using in the park. Groups of men hang around. Not very welcoming or safe when the day ends but okay during the day.

Safe and quiet area. Families live here but nothing too much to enjoy. Victoria park is the only place you can go on a weekend.
