Great location, good transport links, mediocre high street near by (Roman Road), few supermarkets close by in a good way.

A lot of drug dealing in the parking lot, and drug using in the park. Groups of men hang around. Not very welcoming or safe when the day ends but okay during the day.

Adult residents of these neighbourhoods are typically aged 25 to 44, working full-time in professional, managerial or associate professional occupations.
