Lots of shops (Argos,Morrisons, Primark, Costa, H&M etc), big shopping mall, good transport infrastructure. Have no negative experience living here.

This neighbourhood suits people who want to live somewhere quiet without hearing cars pass by constantly because the houses aren't on the main road.
