Nice area to live. I would recommend it to families or people who like a quiet lifestyle.

There is street parking which gets full. It’s very mixed in terms of ethnicity. Also, you’ll bump into the occasional people under the influence of drugs who won’t bother you....

The age distribution is skewed towards younger, single residents and couples without children, with many individuals identifying as of mixed or multiple ethnicity.
