Very close to southwark park, a lifesaver if you want green space. Also close to Canada Water, with two night tubes. And close to the Tesco Extra, for all the shopping needs.

Perfect for professional commuters, normally quiet place and very practical to get anywhere in no time. Right amount of places around to visit and explore.

The age distribution is skewed towards younger, single residents and couples without children, with many individuals identifying as of mixed or multiple ethnicity.
