The triangle is lovely and has almost everything you need. You also have the Park which always makes people wow. It is a truly lovely area to live in.

Super quiet - easy access to lots of green space. Surprisingly good transport links - walkable to Sydenham Hill and Gipsy Hill and 5min bus/20min walk to Sydenham.
