Really good connectivity, lots of supermarkets nearby (Aldi, Tesco, Waitrose, Asda, Sainsbury etc), lots of places to eat, Greenwich park is pretty near

Lovely area. A lot of great people. It is the most diverse and calm area across London. Great transport system.
