Balham is by far my favourite place I’ve lived in London, with Ramsden Road being a quiet road close to everything you’d need - from a waitrose down the road, a big sainsburys...

Balham is great, great transport links, great bars and pubs. Not great gym choices and if you don’t like coffee or dogs forget about it

The age distribution is skewed towards younger, single residents and couples without children, with many individuals identifying as of mixed or multiple ethnicity.
