Beautiful residential area, peaceful, clean and safe. Perfect for families.

Russia Woodland and walkable distance to the river make it great location for dog owners. Lack of life is rather good than bad as it keeps location calm and sleepy

The age distribution is skewed towards younger, single residents and couples without children, with many individuals identifying as of mixed or multiple ethnicity.
