Number of disabled people in the household
Description
This method returns Census 2021 estimates that classify households by the number of disabled people in the household.
Number of disabled people in household is the number of people in a household who assessed their day-to-day activities as limited by long-term physical or mental health conditions or illnesses and are considered disabled. This definition of a disabled person meets the harmonised standard for measuring disability and is in line with the Equality Act (2010).
Number of disabled people in household is split into 4 categories including total.
The estimates are as at Census Day, 21 March 2021.

area_type query enum | Area types used in Census 2021. The method returns results based on the inclusion of the postcode/coordinate/UPRN within the designated geographical area. For instance, when using 'oa' as a parameter, the returned results will be for the Output Area that contains the specified postcode/coordinate/UPRN.
